Lovely backyard patio and amazing shower, perfect for relaxation after a tiring trek. Spacious and comfortable rooms with excellent bathroom facilities. The common room on the top floor was cozy and perfect for relaxing with a hot drink. The breakfast provided was more than enough to start the day. The beds were incredibly comfortable.

The check-in process was a bit difficult as the receptionist didn't speak English. The hotel's location made us feel a bit uneasy, possibly due to the locals giving us strange looks.

My boyfriend and I had a wonderful stay at Sheuen. the room was clean, cozy, and had a great view of the mountains and town. the shared bathrooms were convenient and the bed and shower were incredibly comfortable. the self-service tea and coffee on the upper deck was a nice touch, and the continental breakfast was delicious and filling.

We highly recommend Sheuen to other travelers and would love to return in the future. Cons: Nothing to dislike about Sheuen.

The staff was super helpful and responsive. They answered all our questions and even helped us book transportation. The location was convenient, just a short walk from the bus station. The bed and shower were comfortable and we loved the cozy atmosphere of the room. Plus, the breakfast spread was delicious.

The location wasn't very central, which meant a bit of a walk to get to the main square. Also, the breakfast options could have been a bit more varied.

Stayed at Sheuen for two nights , before and after the W trek in Torres del Paine. the staff was excellent, despite the language barrier. They allowed early check, in, recommended great places to eat, and provided helpful information for our trip. the room was comfortable with a great view, and the bed and shower were amazing. the self, service tea and coffee on the deck was a nice touch. Breakfast was simple but complete. Highly recommended!

There were some issues with the staff, as not everyone was attentive and one person seemed more interested in their phone than helping guests. The lack of social activities with other guests was a downside, as it limited interaction and bonding opportunities.
